We’re still unsure what’s going on with the weather – but while there’s been storms outside, there’s been sunny times here at Century Secure Group UK Ltd.

We’re continuing to grow, providing bigger and better services to our customers, and we’re even finding time to take in a game of rugby (more on that later!). Here are some of our highlights from April.

Welcoming three new engineers

Growth in our customer base and striving to provide a more responsive and comprehensive service to our existing customers led us to seek out a new service engineer in April. In the last two weeks, we’ve bought on an installation engineer and two new service engineers to work with new and existing customers. We’re thrilled to welcome experienced engineers who will no doubt be a fantastic addition to Century.

Retaining our Investors in People accreditation

Developing our team and making them feel challenged but appreciated is a core value for us. That’s why we’re delighted in April to receive the news that not only had we retained our Investors in People accreditation, but that we had also scored in the top 20% of organisations in the country. Needless to say, we’ll continue to uphold the standards of the accreditation, and no doubt push for the top 10% next time!

Maintaining our high standards

Everything we do at Century is about finishing our work to a high standard. We pay attention to even the smallest details, so that our customers can rest assured their systems and our products are of the highest possible quality. Here’s a sneak peak inside automatic gate controls we installed recently, which as you can see are finished off meticulously.

Seeing our boys win in Ireland

We’re very proud sponsors of the Ashby Bulls RFC Youth team, and in April we were even more proud when they won a big game on tour in Ireland. Well done lads and keep up the good work!
