We recently made some changes and additions to our internal team in order to support growth and improve the already excellent service into our existing customers. One of these changes was to move Zoe Chilvers, who had been with us for 4 years as Procurement Manager, into a new role as Account Specialist.
In her new role, Zoe is responsible for not only keeping the engine running smoothly with existing customers, but understanding how she can tune the engine to make it run better and more efficiently.
Zoe is visiting customer sites to perform self-audits of our work, identifying any areas for improvement, big or small. She also keeps tabs on our talented team of engineers, ensuring that every minute they spend on-site with a customer is a worthwhile, that contractual obligations are being fulfilled, and that our customers feel supported and valued.
