We recently had our Investors in People (IIP) audit, and are delighted to announce that we have been re-awarded the Investors in People accreditation. As well as achieving this, we have also been notified that we have scored in the top 20% of organisations in the country.
Aside from delivering impeccable service to our customers, developing, nurturing and appreciating our people is top priority at Century. After all, staff who feel they are appreciated, suitably challenged and have ample opportunity to advance and develop their careers will deliver a better experience to our customers.
Just like we work hard to maintain our relevant industry accreditations to ensure our products and services are to an elite standard, we strive to do the same when it comes to our staff too, and we’re thrilled that this continues been recognised by IIP.
